The Typical Workflow

  1. Import tile samples into the design software.
  2. Design a mosaic and export robot command data.
  3. Tile preparation: fill tiles into carrier tape or tile trays. Prepare a sufficient quantity and store them in a storage area.
  4. Load tile tape onto feeders, or mount tile trays onto a pallet. The design tool will indicate how many tiles are needed.
  5. Mount an empty receiver pallet onto the robot.
  6. Open the robot console and load the command data file.
  7. Assembly: Let the robot build your mosaic. It will notify you when a pallet is ready.
  8. Finalizing: Transfer completed pallets to the workbench. Apply glue and back mesh to secure the tiles, then package them.
  9. Delivery: Transport and install the mosaic at the destination.

In most case a large size mosaic are divided to many pages, page size can be 300x300mm to 600x600mm,
