Traditional manual assembly is slow and labor-intensive, with skilled workers placing around 10,000 tiles/day. Our robotic solutions automate this process, achieving speeds of 3,600 tiles/hour and beyond.

A. Mosaic Pick & Mount Robot

  • High-speed Cartesian robots, Picks tiles from feeders and places them onto mosaic pallets.
  • Optimized for small tiles. handling 3x3mm to 25x25mm square tiles and other shapes.
  • Precision. placement with millimeter accuracy. 0.5mm gap or even smaller.

B. Tile Feeding System

  • Provide a continues tile supplying to Pick & Mount Robot
  • Type of feeding system：
    1. Tape Feeder Group. It contains 24 to 96 tape feeders. Each carrier tape can carry 500 to 1000 tiles.
    2. Feeder Tray. It is economic and easy to use, but need additional labor.
    3. Vibration Disc.
    4. Others.

Standard Workflow

  1. Import tile sample to design software.
  2. Design mosaic and Robot command data.
  3. Tile Preparation, fill tiles into carrier tape or tray. keep them in a storage area.
  4. Load tile tape to feeders, or Mount tile tray to pallet. The design tool will tell you how many tiles you need to use.
  5. Mount a empty receiver pallet to the robot.
  6. Open robot console and load the command data.
  7. Assembly: Let robot build your mosaic, it will notify you if a pallet are ready.
  8. Finalizing: Transfer completed pallets to workbench. finish gluing and packaging.
