The Typical Workflow
- Import tile sample to design software.
- Design a mosaic and export Robot command data.
- Tile Preparation, fill tiles into carrier tape or tile tray. You will make alot and keep them in a storage area.
- Load tile tape to feeders, or Mount tile tray to pallet. The design tool will tell you how many tiles you need to use.
- Mount an empty receiver pallet to the robot.
- Open robot console and load the command data file.
- Assembly: Let robot build your mosaic, it will notify you if a pallet are ready.
- Finalizing: Transfer completed pallets to workbench. use glue and backmesh to fix the tiles, and put them into packages.
- Delivery and install the mosaic to destination.
In most case a large size mosaic are divided to many pages, page size can be 300x300mm to 600x600mm,
