The Typical Workflow

  1. Import tile sample to design software.
  2. Design a mosaic and export Robot command data.
  3. Tile Preparation, fill tiles into carrier tape or tile tray. You will make alot and keep them in a storage area.
  4. Load tile tape to feeders, or Mount tile tray to pallet. The design tool will tell you how many tiles you need to use.
  5. Mount an empty receiver pallet to the robot.
  6. Open robot console and load the command data file.
  7. Assembly: Let robot build your mosaic, it will notify you if a pallet are ready.
  8. Finalizing: Transfer completed pallets to workbench. use glue and backmesh to fix the tiles, and put them into packages.
  9. Delivery and install the mosaic to destination.

In most case a large size mosaic are divided to many pages, page size can be 300x300mm to 600x600mm,
